Shipping & returns

  • We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping Australia wide (excluding large + bulky items)
  • There is no shipping charged for orders over $100
  • If the item is large or bulky you will be contacted with a shipping price prior to processing your order. If you do not wish to pay this charge your item will be refunded.
  • Express Post delivery can be arranged for an additional $10
  • We do not ship internationally
  • All prices are in AUD + full payment must be received prior to dispatch

Dispatch All orders are dispatched from the store during business hours on weekdays. Items are usually dispatched between 1-2 days of receiving your order. This time can vary during busy periods eg. sales, Christmas etc. This time needs to be added to the below approx.. delivery times. Delivery Approximate Australia Post delivery time are listed below – Sydney Metro & Suburbs: 1–2 business days NSW / ACT: 2 business days VIC / QLD / SA: 2–4 business days TAS / WA / NT: 4–6 business days Please note that delivery times are approximate from the day of dispatch of your order and some remote areas may experience longer delivery times according to the frequency that the delivery carrier visits your area. Regular Post We send parcels within Australia using Registered Australia Post (unless specified otherwise) and delivery will be attempted during normal business hours. A signature will be required upon delivery. If a signature can not be obtained, a calling card will be left with instructions on which Australia Post outlet your package can be collected from. Express Post Next day* (metro areas) If you require urgent delivery, for an additional $10 you may choose for your order to be sent via Australia Post Express. When ordering online, please select the “express post” option. Approximate delivery time for express Aus post is the next business day when ordered before 12pm Mon – Fri. Please note: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Also, for extremely bulky orders or remote locations there may be a surcharge, this is unusual and you will be contacted for approval of the additional cost before the items are sent. If you are unhappy with the additional charge we will refund your order. Authority To Leave Please let us know in the comments section on checkout if you would like your parcel left on your property if you are not home. Illie Home + Gift takes no responsibility if your parcel goes missing from your property or is damaged as a result of leaving it in an unsafe location. Please specify a safe place to leave the parcel that is protected from passers by + the weather. Delivery Status + Tracking Customers are emailed a tracking code when their order is dispatched that can be entered into the Australia Post website. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order.
